7. 7. Regulatory status

   MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ holds no authorisation or licence as a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, investment firm, insurance undertaking or insurance intermediary, in any jurisdiction, and is not registered as a trust or company service provider. The company provides marketplace and transaction-coordination software. It never holds, receives or transmits client funds and operates no client, trust or payment account. Settlement of a transaction is carried out exclusively by third parties licensed for that activity in the relevant jurisdiction, engaged directly by the parties to the transaction. If the company ever obtains an authorisation, this section will name the regulator and the licence number.

9. 9. Consumer dispute resolution

   The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on 20 July 2025 following Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. For that reason this page no longer links to it. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG). If you have a complaint, write to mail@escrow.international. We will confirm receipt and give you a substantive answer. Your right to take the matter to a court is unaffected.

10. 10. Liability for content

    As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with section 7(1) DDG. Under sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is possible only from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringement, we will remove the content in question immediately. Content on this site is general information about the platform.
